Let's start with the answers first
1. Do I have more energy during the night or morning? (NOT TIME, ENERGY!)
The Night 100%
2. Where can I put my energy where I work the best concerning how to learn?
It was Books/Courses for me
3. How can I apply these things I've learned so far?
Anywhere with anyone as long as the scenario is appropriate.
Like you or at least id like to think so, I had either nights or mornings to work on this potential Marketing gig.
The rest of the day was Work, Exercise, Relationships etc... You can imagine a normal life means not having enough time for the things you want to accomplish. So then how did I start?
It began with the 1st question:
Do I have more energy during the night or morning? (NOT TIME, ENERGY!)
The Night 100%
I don't know about you, but I abhor the mornings. I like to think school life gave me a deep hatred for mornings. Waking up early, getting ready, learning unnecessary subjects, sleeping during class, and really most things involving school life.
I just really hate the mornings...
The 2nd question I asked myself:
Where can I put my energy where I work the best concerning how to learn?
It was Books/Courses for me
It wasn't just any material either (Especially in today’s world full of self-proclaimed millionaires/Gurus). I researched and did my best to verify if these authors/course creators were legit. (I’ll talk about how I research at another time). Sometimes you do end up with fakes, but that's ok because you get better along the way.
The 3rd question:
How can I apply these things I've learned so far?
Anywhere with anyone as long as the scenario is appropriate.
Applying it where it was meant to be applied really helps to understand if you did learn the material or not. If you didn’t you can always go back and reread or rehear that section again. If this doesn't help go on the web and google type your question and you’ll find it eventually
OR leave it for another time and when you come back to it, you will be in better clarity.
This is a really basic framework that I use, but it’s helped me tremendously, especially the application. I did most of it in my work since I always had to connect with all age groups and different personalities plus a lot of Management/Admin/Sales role so it was perfect for me.
After a while of using this formula, with Trial and Error, I finally took my leap and started my own journey. Talking to Family/Friends/Local Small Businesses is where I am right now and now learning through experience.
I hope this gave you an idea of where you can start and make your leap too.
